Family with children vacation yet satisfying

The staff at the reception were warm and cute, making our arrival feel smooth and stress-free. The swimming pool was great, open till 10 PM, giving the kids plenty of time to splash around after our day out.

It wasn’t cheap, but for a family getaway, it was still acceptable.

absolutely disappointed with my stay, the card key didn’t work, so I had to use a metal key, how quaint! Also, the mattress was far too soft for my taste, I expected at least a hint of luxury. A welcome gift woudl ve been nice to compensate for all this. Couldn’t recommend this place, unfortunately.

Wicked good location! Right near a supermarket, so we could whip up meals in the room. The heated pool was a hit with my daughter, too. Wi-Fi was a mess, though. But that kitchen setup? Just what we needed for a family trip. Can't beat the space for three of us.

The Junior Suite with Balcony offered a spacious living area and a cozy atmosphere. Good amenities included a kitchenette, which was handy for preparing snacks while relaxing. The hotel is conveniently located near the old town, making it easy to explore local attractions. I appreciated the refreshing swimming pool, ideal for cooling off after a day out. Sadly, I faced issues with reception services during late hours. The lack of staff from 10 pm to 7 am created problems when I needed access to my room. The emergency key situation was frustrating and required several calls before I received any proper assistance, which felt unprofessional. Cleanliness issues in the room initially dampened my stay, as not all areas were cleaned thoroughly. Staff's responsiveness the next day was commendable, but unresolved payment matters left a negative impression. Overall, my experience had its ups and downs, with a mix of great space and location but challenges in service quality.

Stained, unironed net curtains and a grubby shower tray added to a generally unwelcoming atmosphere. No proper shower chair was provided for accessible needs, just an unusable stool. Connecting with the hotel for inquiries proved futile, as calls and messages went unanswered, and housekeeping wasn't included in the room rate, leading to unexpected extra charges. Breakfast lacked variety and quality, with undercooked bacon and bad coffee. The swimming pool was small and the fitness area had only three devices.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Odalys City Colmar La Rose D'Argent. The room was a comfortable standard studio. I appreciated the compact kitchen, which made meal preparation easy during my visit. The location was fantastic, only a short walk to the charming old town.

odalys was a great little spot! our one-bedroom apartment was well-equipped and super comfortable. it was just a short walk to the city center, which made exploring easy. the air conditioning was a real treat during our stay. we also loved the indoor pool and fitness center for a bit of relaxation after our days out.

It was just a commendable fit for a couple of nights in Colmar with great value-to-price ratio. The clean and huge shower room was a nice surprise, making it easy to refresh after exploring. Aim to book a room with a balcony for a better experience.

We stayed for one night and loved the nice pool and the small kitchen in our room, but the breakfast was quite disappointing with limited options and poor quality!
